I'm not surprised UNL soundly beat GTown without their 3 best players. Imagine what it would've looked like had Williams and Gary didn't play?

BE's last team still playing is the school who fired their coach. I'm not sure playing now is even that enjoyable.

Well, there's the prize money and the joy of not seeing Neptune on the sideline.

There are numerous guys out of eligibility who have “entered the portal” this year in hopes that litigation will dictate that four years of eligibility is illegal and these guys can “stay in school” until they are old and gray collecting NIL checks.

Truly if that happens I am out on college sports as it will simply be another level of pro ball with a loose association with a school to make it palatable to some but not to me.

I don’t vet ‘em, I just post ‘em.

Must have decided that playing for crazy Dan wasn’t such a good idea.

Don't think he was thrilled about their portal additions in the backcourt. They already have another 5-star guard who will play a ton.

I see that Jordan Longino and Pierre Brooks with Nova and Butler entered the portal yesterday. Both guys played a full 4 years of college hoops, does anyone know how they can be eligible ?

I don’t know about those two guys specifically, but I believe players are getting in the transfer portal without eligibility in case the NCAA grants a 5th year across college basketball. It is just a proposal at this stage.

Thanks, I guess I should put my name in the portal.
