I’d add Creighton has found a way to be very competitive in the NIL space in the past. You don’t land transfers like Baylor or keep guys around like Trey/Kalk without paying up.

Tweet says kid getting Memphis visit is a surprise as it will be hard to beat out Utah schools and Creighton for him. Hmmmm, not sure on the need but Jays still have plenty of openings.

I sometimes think these kids/agents throw out names to make themselves/their clients look desirable. A phone call or text saying, ‘wassup wit yur guy’ is one thing, a ‘we would love to get your guy on campus’ is another.

Then again, he may be the next coming of Larry Bird.

Unless there’s some sort of a repercussion (haven’t heard of one, anyone please advise if it actively exists), my guess is for sure some of these agents are fabricating the schools and the number of them to inflate the demand and consequent agent/player payday.
