All turned ankles feel/appear to be broken legs to player/fans. Had my share.
Mac said it was "unlikely" Ashworh would play Tuesday. Figure Mac would have made more of a "dire" quote if it was a high sprain or if there was major damage and he would be out for a good month.

The way he rolled it isn’t consistent with a high ankle sprain. Now you’re seeing pics of him without crutches or a boot. Low ankle sprains can be super scary and look really bad but usually don’t have a crazy recovery timeframe. Hopefully he’s back after Vegas.

The video of Ashworth at practice was very, very encouraging. I didn't even see a limp. He may only miss a game or two (if that).

That is not the outcome I expected after watching that replay and Steven's reaction. Very happy to see him moving around without much limitation.
