It can’t be overstated what this does for high school players in Nebraska, though. This brings so much exposure to other young players in the area. As a former Millard kid, I’m extremely happy for Hunter and excited to see the heights he rises to, even though the part of his journey in Omaha has ended.

Being highly recruited doesn't do anything for local kids - performing up to that recruitment might help.

Not a surprise here, Creighton was only in that list as the local school, everybody knew he wasn't coming here, outside of wishful thinking.

I agree. Would be much more difficult if he had gone to one of the Duke/Kentucky/North Carolina/Kansas crowd.
