I'm guessing Hunter and Chet Holmgren are both headed to Spokane and they'll probably return Andrew Nembhard, Anton Watson and Julian Strawther at least. Wouldn't be surprised to see Timme go back for another year. Dominick Harris and Ben Gragg are top-100 2020 recruits just getting their feet wet this season and they already have a top-60 2021 recruit committed in Kaden Perry. At this point, Few has earned the benefit of the doubt I'd say.

No question that Gonzaga is now an elite program that appears frequently on various networks, with a great coach. However, the big question for most five star recruits that Gonzaga has actually not gotten very many of until the last several years - do I really want to go to a shit hole town like Spokane, and be isolated from family and friends with not anything to do? I have been to Spokane a few times on business and it is truly a very bleak and depressing town. Omaha is definitely a way more happening place and where he can play in front of family and friends. With him on our team next year, his chances for playing on a great team and getting significant national coverage for raising his draft stock for the NBA are about the same. Thus, to me, if Hunter were my son, I would tell him to commit to Creighton, even if I were a grad from another college.
