So with Mintz most likely coming back, it looks like we have 1 spot available. Have to think it would just go to the best sit 1 transfer that we can find. We could literally be 12 deep so I am not sure we'd be an option for a grad transfer who is looking for guaranteed minutes.

If Epperson doesn't make it back, I would agree. But Jefferson and Mahoney are pretty much penciled in at the 4. So then you have Bishop, Kalkbrenner and Epperson fighting over minutes at the 5. I don't think we will find someone elite enough to come in at the 5 right away.

I think he could start also, but we ask a ton of our 5's. Even 20 minutes a game might be tough for a true frosh at the 5 for us. We'll also have Bishop for matchups as well, and hopefully Epperson finally healthy.. which could be some mix and match with two of them on the floor at the time even.

Yeah that's why I don't think you'll see a grad transfer come in at the 5 spot. I could see someone like Daniel Batcho as a possibility at 4 spot but he's going to have to wait a year which is why I said a sit one prospect is probably our best bet. Definitely a good problem to have.

Seth Towns entered transfer portal! 6’7 stretch 4 from Harvard. Averaged 16 and 6. Shot 44% from 3 last year. He’s a star that I always felt would fit perfect in the system.

He’s missed a year and a half. I wonder what his market will be after the injuries. I think he’d be a good fit as well
