I like that comparison. Similar body types, styles, etc. I think Smith Rivera is a better shooter though, and Marcus is much more explosive and a better finisher around the rim.

Watched the freshman highlight video that was in the OWH article and the thing that had me most excited was his ability to finish drives to the rim...and a "want to" when it comes to taking it to the hole. That's an element we haven't seen in a while and it's sorely needed.

+1 he welcomes and even initiates contact. He's big, fast, has good handles. Can shoot pretty well. Very well rounded, complete guard

The takeaway from this is that building relationships is absolutely vital, even if it doesn't bear immediate fruit. Read Piv's TL or his story on Foster's commitment to see what I'm talking about.
