The 2011 FIBA U-19 World Championship tournament was held in Latvia. The week prior, Team USA competed in a preparation tournament which spanned 5 days in Vilnius, Lithuania. So, the technical answer to your question is "Yes."

Martin Krampelj, a 6'8 wing from Slovenia who is at prep school in Florida. Apparently he was sitting with Justin Patton and a few other recruits (I'd assume local recruits - Agau, Wilson, etc.)

I'm pretty sure one of them was Justin's brother. Not sure on the other ones

Isn't Marshawn Wilson from Minneapolis/St. Paul?

Yes, the local Wilson is from Oklahoma, but there is another Wilson we've apparently recruited from Minnesota also.

Apologies for the confusion. I was referring to Marques Wilson, not Marshawn Wilson. Marques is from Oklahoma and played with Omaha Elite. He is class of 2017.
