The very top recruits can pick any program they want so you can get lucky but it's just a crap shoot. Look at Beasley "randomly" going to the middle of nowhere Kansas - because an agent was paying his mom and his AAU coach got $500,000 to join K-State.
It's tough to do things right and end up with those types of players.
