Tennessee has one hit against Root. We had more hits than that.

Transfer Portal Update:

Transferred:
- Mason McCurdy
- John McDonald
- Nathan Anderson
- Braden Gluth

Committed:
- Chris Baillargeon (Holy Cross)

(This is all based on what I saw on Twitter. I’m not sure where else I can look for this kind of info.)

D1 baseball has a transfer tracker. But I don’t have a current subscription.

Baillargeon looks to be a helluva pickup. All-conference 1B from Staten Island, and Holy Cross was a tournament team this year. Won the Patriot, got knocked out by that school down the road. He led HC in bat (.397) and RBIs, as well as at bats. Downside is that he was also the team leader in strikeouts, and he's not a power guy (3 HR) or a speed guy (5 SB). But when he gets the bat on the ball, good things usually happen. Well, 40% of the time anyway.

Anderson, Gluth, McCurdy and McDonald have already been purged from the online roster. We're showing 22 guys, so a bunch of adds are coming. Anyone know if any seniors form last season eligible to return are coming back?

Not sure if Teddy was listed as a senior but he’s coming back. As well as Tate and Ben.
