Congrats Drock!
Let’s see if we can get regular games with them, it would be great for both schools for strength of schedule and NET rankings. What a great hire, someone with great upside for the Hoosiers. Guess I will be rooting for them in the Big Ten.

Mac and Drock are not going to schedule games with each other.

This tells me 3 things:
Drock will never be the head coach at Creighton;
Mac isn’t retiring or leaving any time soon;
Alan Huss is our next head coach.
And I know a lot can change and Huss may end up coaching the Lakers before then, just my opinion and prediction.

Tells me one thing (well, two actually)
IU has great NIL
Iowa has terrible NIL

Bingo. Reportedly Iowa's NIL for men's hoops is at the bottom of the Big Ten -- most of their general NIL money goes to football and women's hoops, and wrestling is self-sustaining from donors who give directly to that program. This report is paywalled but the tweet gives you the general idea. Indiana's NIL is light years ahead of them.
Even if it doesn't work out, $30m guaranteed is a helluva lot of money!

Patrick McCaffery tweeted the top players weren't even getting that much at Iowa.

I think Huss will get another head coaching job soon, he may end up at CU, but will have a stop in between.

on point one, you never know. maybe he does good but not great, and gets chased away to the welcoming arms of cu where he thrives. on point three, i have been on the muss buss since he left for high point. really think he's the guy to keep this going.

Have any of you boarded or deplaned outside the terminal at Eppley before?
