Can’t agree with this. I expect Mac will also go out in a similar fashion someday. The only iffy thing is the timing versus when Cook did it at UNL. His very similar scenario was done at a better time IMO right after the season. If you want to go conspiracy theory based on that have at it.

What a legend. Disappointing to not have a proper press conference and/or sendoff after all she’s given CU.

She is currently the president of the AVCA, too. Seems like a recent decision given that she accepted a two-year term for a coaches association.

Also interesting that Angie Oxley Behrens didn’t get or want the head job after serving as Booth’s associate head coach for all these years. I’m sure she’s had opportunities away from Creighton so perhaps she simply likes the associate role but I hope this is a job Rosen plans to keep for many years. Loyalty was unquestioned with Booth.

From a practical standpoint, what does that look like? Pay? NIL? Facilities? Something else?

I think it’s more that there’s a lot of rumors he’s not liked by coaches. That rumor has been prevalent for years.
