The 0fer streak continues sadly. Tired of seeing the Jays be the runner-up. Just ran out of fight after they took the lead. Losing Fedor hurt. Needed more toughness, didnt have it. Have to hope we can upset a 1 in the round of 32 because we seem pretty locked into the 8 or 9 line right now.

We lost the BET on St John’s home floor. I’m disappointed we are still chasing our first BET title but I would rather be 0-5 than never had made it. It will happen!!

The BE tourney trophy means little to nothing to me. Next week is where it's at. Regular season is second.

Not sure if was tired legs, but going forward I do have some concerns about Neal and Kalk at the line. As of late they have not been good at the line in particular Neal. Go Jays!!!

Seen it a 1000 times. St J's is an east coast media darling ref owning home court playing good while the going is good slightly trashier version of UConn sure to lose in the second round to some no name from the midwest team (Just like Marquette always does). The big east is trash. But at least it gets Creighton into the NCAA tourney. I mean that part sincerely. That is the ONLY positive from playing this street ball garbage league. Mac doesn't fit here and if I were him, I would jump to the Big 10 (Indiana) in a heart beat. CU will go further in the tourney than St. J. F St. Johns. and F Hurley too. : )

Bigeast Isnt trash....our effort was poor. Cant Blame Pitino. Cant blame where we played. I think we needed King and Kalk playing together to help rebound. We played weak and we loss....Now lets see if we ban beat a good #8 seed to advance to play a #1 seed

Won't be playing an 8-seed because WE will be the 8-seed. This BET run propelled us into the white jersey for the 8/9 game. Woot!
Doesn't mean much but beating UConn does.

I hope they don't give out runner-up trophies. By now, we'd have the saddest little collection since I put all my law school rejection notices in a shoebox. At least I hope Creighton would have the good sense to store 'em all in a janitor's closet somewhere. Or, maybe donate all of them to nebraska. They'd probably appreciate something to help fill in all that empty space in their basketball trophy case.
