Sounds like Title IX is going to flex its muscle when it comes to NIL.

Rick Pitino on Kadary: "If the money was the same, he'd be playing for Shaheen. If the money was close, he'd be playing for Shaheen."
"It's not a level playing field. Right now they don't have the revenue that most of the other teams have. Probably it's the lowest in the league.'

Thought I saw that DePaul had a number that I thought was about what a starter at a top BE team got last year, but they got people to start putting in money for the new coach, so I can see Seton Hall having the lowest NIL in the BE now

Pitino has a lot of flaws, but I do appreciate how there are times when he just says the truth (both he and Hurley are guys it's easy to dislike, but it's almost always worth listening to their press conferences after the games as they tend to be gracious and you almost always learn something more about the game)

Did anyone see where the Northern Illinois football coach who best ND. was thinking out loud that college should look into a transfer fee like professional soccer. And a little bit like the MLB. Take a kid and pay the former team some NIL stipend. Makes some sense, if Mac goes to Northern Iowa, CU gets buyout clause money

Figured this may fit under NIL. Johnnie’s reseating all of their fans for next season.

"...has underwent..." Maybe the St. John's Journalism Dept should spend a little NIL money. They might find a prof or two who teach their reporters basic English gooder.

Watching the Jays @ DePaul, it occurred to me that if DeP reseated all their season ticketholders, it'd probably just mean that two guys would have to trade seats with each other.

Blossom hosting a town hall next Thursday to discuss season ticket price changes for next season. I am curious what the changes will involve.
