Nah not really in the business of pushing 19-22 year olds out when they don’t want to leave. And not well-versed on NIL but haven’t heard of walk-on cases getting scholarship equivalent money for previous scholarship players. Seems like a gray area you don’t want to wade into while under probation (unless you’re Kansas or UNC of course).
They reached out and are in his top ten. They obviously have a plan.

Is Scheierman in Atlanta right now?

If only one of our players had a dad who played in the NBA and is worth 20 million dollars.

I cannot remember where I saw it and I may not even remember right but I thought I saw some BYU person say King was on his way to Atlanta so he could go home yesterday.
More than likely there for Baylor but it's a win you can catch King at the airport if that's true.

Yeah I’m fine with Mason Miller doing this. Forgot about that flexibility that we had with Doug/Mac and now the Millers. Just didn’t want to see players like Reef or Rati getting screwed over.

I'm embarrassed to say the first one I thought of when I read 00's post was Mac and I was very confused as to what Doug had to do with this.

To be fair Mason would be a bit different situation.
#1...its his uncle, not his dad, so the family tuition thing wouldn't exist (not sure that would fly anyway with NCAA rules)
#2...In Doug's case he was already a starter and we weren't making room for someone who would compete with him for minutes. In Mason's case, Baylor could very well be the person who Mason has to come off the bench to spell were we to land him. Not sure the Miller family would be too happy about that, but maybe playing for championships as a team is more important than individual stuff for him. Who knows.
