What?

Any answer that I may know (yes/no) has a 50% chance of being incorrect.

Some would say no. Some here have speculated the Jays will still go after a shooter. I am merely looking to get some clarity on the situation. Being down in here in Latam I am not privy to insider info, only what is offered in these forums.

Doubt it happens for CU, but there might not be a more perfect for what we could use.

Would be awesome at CU. Don't think its likely, but would be an instant impact player.
Just hope he doesn't go to Lincoln...

I don't know if I would call Scheierman the "best mid-major player in college basketball", because the Summit League is more of a low-major conference, and there are some very good mid-major players out there, but he would almost certainly be a great fit at CU. If he does transfer, there will be a ton of competition for him, obviously.

Go Friars.

PS: Scheierman went 18 pts/10 rbds vs Prov in the NCAAs. Good game.

Baylor looks like a Mitch Ballock clone.

A good coach enhances the brand of the university in general, not just the specific program they're coaching.

You can make a similar case for a star athlete and no-one is saying that they shouldn't get paid.

There's a bunch of folks on this board who feel that the "amateur" nature of college sports is under attack if players get paid.

I have no problems with coaches and players getting paid. I think that would be more fair and just because both are aiding and representing the University brand. I have a huge problem with calling college sports amateur athletics while paying coaches 7 figure salaries.
