Is his dad an assistant at Iowa state currently?

I love Alex, but AJ Green would probably be an upgrade. Pairing him in the lineup with R2, Trey, Art, and Kalk…. Sheesh.

This dude had 3 blocks against us earlier this year. Super long and athletic. Wonder about his offensive game translating, but an intriguing player for sure.

Defensive player of the year in the IVY, his FT is not good and doesnt have any range (no 3 point attempts) but he'd be a nice backup for Kalk.

For a backup, if they can play solid D, rebound, and set screens, I'm good.

My bad.

We had Ross Ferrarini from 2009 - 2012, then Steve from 2013-14 - 2014-15.
So the Ferrarini's are the Korver's of Omaha?

Note: Ross is now an Asst Coach at Lake Forest College...Chicago area.
Prev was Grad Asst at Northwestern Univ.

Gainey is the 2-time DPoY in the Ivy League (back to back).

Ross is in Omaha, gtmo. You got some old news you are looking at.

If it is true that A J Green is considering a transfer, he should be CU's number one priority other than keeping their current roster intact. Green is the real deal and would be the go to scorer we need.
