Jones would be a help this year for sure, if for nothing else but depth.

I'd gladly take Kalkbrenner or Powell for 2020. I think a big is a must for that class. Maybe Hilltop can shed more light, but I think it'll be interesting to see how the staff handles 2020, because I think 2021 is the class they're zeroed in on and want to knock it out of the park. Mors and Sallis are the two that should be the highest priorities, and would probably be the best class we've had if we were able to land them.

Jones highlights: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3jsiwwWyJOE

Seems really crafty. Loves to dunk with authority when he's anywhere close to the rim.

If we get Jones I think we all can agree that we will feel much more optimistic about this season

Both LV guys (Strawther to Zags) off the board as well as Morton from PA. For 2020.

If we land one of the visiting 2020 centers, who is our remaining top target? 2020 PF Ben Carlson? A wing fwd/SG?

Rivals has articles on some 2020 guys with CU interest...Kessler, Love, and Scrubb.
At the U19 tryouts. No CU mentions from them.

In the final 6 for 5 star Isaiah Jackson? Haven't seen anything other than this article.

An under the radar team involved with Jackson, Creighton doesn’t get many recruits ranked in the top-50. But they may have the best case for Jackson to join them overall. Under head coach Greg McDermott, the Bluejays have been one of the best offenses in all of NCAA Basketball. And there has been previous success among frontcourt players, including former first round NBA Draft pick Justin Patton and stretch forward Martin Krampelj.

Jackson could develop on the offensive end with Creighton but more importantly would provide them with much needed interior defense. That’s been a clear weakness for the Bluejays in recent seasons. And unlike Arizona and others on this list, Jackson doesn’t have to deal with major frontcourt competition at Creighton. He would fit well with the Big East school and will have an immediate impact as a freshman.

Due to Krampelj leaving early to go pro, the Bluejays only have Idaho State grad transfer Kelvin Jones as a reliable frontcourt piece. But with him gone after next season there will be a massive need for the team to add more size and depth. While Creighton will definitely be on the trail for more players, adding Jackson would be an incredible addition to jumpstart the 2020 class.
