Spot #2 - I hope the staff is thinking this way, but that's why they get paid to do this and I don't. I love our wing players, but they all look the same with the slight exception of Jefferson who can play bigger than he is. What this team really needs is a really athletic 6'6" to 6'8" 3/4 hybrid to play the role that Mitch is being forced into right now. If you look across the big east we are consistently facing taller and more athletic teams and while our style is to play small, it sure would be nice to be a little bigger on the wings.
Sounds like Christian Bishop. Recruited as a big wing/hybrid.

Have we had any official or unofficial visits all season? Things seem really slow on the recruiting front

hilltop, what's the deal with Kadary Richmond?

he's going to prep for the next year. Well built wing from NYC. Lots of east coast interest. Murphy seems have been watching him for a while. Rumors are he is going to Prep at Brewster which will increase his exposure for sure.

We have 2 rides to give...might as well snag him Now. Why is he thinking the prep school route?

Sorry GTMO, I have no news. Surely we had some potential 2019 recruits? Anyone.

It would be nice to sign another player or 2 this year but looking ahead, if CU didn't sign a single recruit over the next 2 years, the roster would still be loaded with plenty of talent and experience in the 9 players already committed if no one transfers. With that said, signing Tristan would be frosting on the cake already made.

Pretty hard to sell playing time to the 2019 class unless you are a stretch 4 type like Enaruna. 2020 class will be a little easier to sell playing time to guards.

That is true with some players but immediate playing time is usually not discussed as teams already have returning starters. Style of play and how recruits fit into the program are what is usually discussed to recruits. Some coaches will never talk about playing time or telling a recruit they will start their first year. There are also some recruits that that don't mind redshirting as it gives them one more year of free schooling towards their masters. That's like the school giving you an extra $80,000.
