They're 0-5 in the BE and in last place. They're in DePaul territory. They're gonna be cranky.
We need to find that sharpshooter of theirs, Fernley Brushback or whatever his name is, and clamp down on him. He can get hot in a hurry. Farley Flapjack can be a real pain in the ass.

I suspect MVC opponent message boards had posts like this when Booker Woodfox was on the Jays roster. Booker had a cooler name, though

Well, the team should be more cranky than Butler if the team has any chance of the tournament. A loss would be a really bad omen for the rest of the season, especially if the players don’t play “cranky” with an extreme sense of urgency.

Not all schedules/records are equal. 0-5 in BE is a bit of a false sense of their struggles. They’re still 86 in KP and their last 6 games: Wisconsin, @Marq, UConn, Nova, @StJ, @Prov. Very easy to see how they could drop all those. They were competitive in 5 of 6 pushing UConn.
We are a 1 point favorite. Need to come out with fire because you better bet they will too. 100-99 this time?

Have we ever not played at Butler with an 11AM Saturday Hinkle tipoff?? I feel like that has been some of our most lackluster efforts in our Big East history. Maybe the 8 days between games will be the difference this time.

I went there Doug's senior year for a night game. Place is a dump.

I was there for that one, too. Got stuck up in the rafters. Bench seats with no back.
