Here is the view that I like of BE tournament seeding probabilities:

CU with a 70% chance of a 2 seed.

Gonna be either Providence or Nova (unless Georgetown pulls the upset) on Thursday.

UCONN win gives us Providence. Providence upset gets Nova at the 7 seed, sends Providence to the 5 seed and bumps STJ to the 6 seed.

I know what I’m cheering for.

Curious to see what Creighton has to do to get a 2 seed for March Madness. KU is slumping and Marquette is struggling and hurt.

Baylor and Iowa State both lost today as well.

If we play Marquette in NYC I think after today that’s a de facto 2 seed play-in game unless Kentucky wins the SEC tourney, and even then we still might get one if we won. There are two 2 seed slots for what was seven teams in my opinion and Kentucky was the only other winner today. Kansas has to essentially be out of the running and Baylor and Iowa St at least reduced their chances as equal to us.

Marquette will likely play Villanova. It will be a very intense physical game and if Kolek doesn’t play, it could easily be an upset.
