The 3 guard lineup worked in the first half but not otherwise.

Need some production from the 4 spot. Another game with nothing. Might as well start green. Miller didn’t do a thing.

Seems like each time they get on a bit of roll, they lose focus a game and drop one they shouldn’t. Good one to drop if they get back on track and finish strong last three. We’ll never a good one, but

Bello's a great asset off the bench, but extended minutes expose his limitations

IMO, Mac's being overly conservative, and really has to figure out how to get Miller and Green involved more consistently

I think we were up 9 to 4 in O rebounds at half and finished down 15to 13.

Must have been out O rebounded 11-4 in second half

Jays were down 5 and inbounding under the basket… instead of cutting it to one possession, we throw it right to STJ and the flood gates opened. That kind of day.

Turn the page.

24 assists and only 3 turnovers for SJU. Very impressive on their part. Those assist numbers are unusual for a Jays opponent (CU opponents have the 5th lowest assist % on made baskets in the country). That tells you that SJU wasn't just taking midrange shots because that is what the Jays were giving them...they were actually running offense to get a lot of those looks.

SJU had only 4 points off of their 12 2nd half offensive rebounds, but those rebounds hurt even though they didn't score off many of them. That led to long defensive possessions for the Jays when they were trying to scramble back from a double-digit deficit.

The Jays competed better in the 2nd half, but sometimes you can lose a game in the first half like they did today.

CU had 7 first half and 6 second

Johnnies 3 first half (made most of their shots) and 12 second half

ESPN had us for 9, I would swear but their first half stats seemed a little wonky. We seemed to have 4 and 5team O boards on their site.

Or maybe I’m old and hallucinating.

Either quite possible.
