Props to Kalk for gutting this out, but he is still hobbled. He's not getting off the ground much normally, but he can barely jump or run right now. A double whammy when he goes against a guy like Dixon with whom he traditionally struggles.

Also, can someone ask Ashworth to please stop picking up his dribble all the time?

can we get rid of blue crew once and for all? Arena sounds dead silent when jays are on defense.

might have thought it was a bit of a flop except for how Bello slid across the floor.. Dixon could have been a heckuva football player I think, ha

What a strange game, a weird vibe. Sleepy crowd, low energy to start the game, lack of intensity defensively, lack of offensive flow. Kalk is clearly not 100% but still scoring almost at will when we get him the ball. Another "off game" for Trey so far also.

Villanova does this to teams and can grind things to a halt, but this is a rock fight right now. It feels like we should be up more than we are, but it also feels like we should be lucky to have a lead. Luckily nobody outside of Dixon can buy a basket right now for Nova.

Don't think Jays can rely on Nova missing basically everything in 2nd half. They missed a lot of not very challenging FGA.
