Lots of talk about this on the radio. Creighton was the last team in after electing to buy out of the Battle for Atlantis. One million dollar guarantee for each schools NIL Collective. An additional million to the winner. Creighton signed up for the next three years as well.

+1

This is a great sign for Creighton's program that they are in this tourney. We need to keep being in the conversation for events like this in order to keep the visibility and amount of money needed to continue to grow the program

Does this hurt our ability to get NIL for players if we aren't going to the Bahamas? Or are we just using different Visa types in order to allow them to participate?

I thought one benefit of the Bahamas was that Fred could access NIL, now he cannot?

that's my concern as well, but I also saw that different Visa types can help with that as can setting up passive vs. active income from this

I'd also think that his family is there, so any activity he does while visiting home would allow him to accept NIL

It appears there are quite a few ways around it, but unless he has a Visa that allows for it (not regular student Visa), he may have to take trip home at the very least

They can do it anytime he’s in the Bahamas - I would assume he is there at some point throughout the year and if not the NIL guys can buy him a flight there and back.
