He said he was fine? Should we be worried?

You realize, of course, there is reason for that, right?

LJay doesn’t need me sticking up for him, but yes I’m sure he is aware. Excellent comma usage though!

unfortunately, it sounds like he's gonna be out for a few weeks. sounds like he avoided any kind of tear though.

it's going to be tough to overcome his injury – especially the way he's been playing lately.

got the scoop from a team manager, fwiw.

If true…

A few weeks is pretty much the regular season

Do we have to try to play Kalk and Feazell together some?

Rati certainly gets more time

Modestas gets a shot to be a shining star?

We are fucked if true

Hope Art is ok long term

Brutal if true. Most important thing is that he's not hurt long term, even if it means missing the rest of the season.

We're essentially down to:
Hawkins - 32.6
O'Connell - 31.2
Nembhard - 34.4
Kalk - 27.2 (and playing on a bad ankle)
Alexander - 22.7
Feazell - 10.9
Rati - 10.1

for the season... John Christofilis was in a boot so is likely out a while as well.

I think it means we have to start Alexander and slide Hawkins down to the stretch 4 spot. Leaves us at 5 main rotation guys, unless we get more from Rati.

I don't think we can ask much more of Feazell, and at best Modestas would be the low end of the rotation. Modestas didn't look all that bad in his limited time, though, but he's obviously not Kaluma

If true — can anyone name a program with more season ending / crushing knee injuries than the Jays?

So, at 8:45 last night, the staff said he was okay, but at 3 PM today, it sounds like he's gonna be out for a few weeks? Kaluma either had a very tough night or one of you needs better sources. At this rate, we'll find out tonight sometime that they're appealing for blood donations for his blood type, but he just set a jump rope world record. (I looked it up; it's 33 hr 20 min and I hope Arthur doesn't try to do that, healthy or not. I don't want him to miss the plane tomorrow).

I was wrong, but repeating what I heard from staff. Heard later last night that Mac said he had a second MRI.
