Great article Jacob! So excited to see what's next for Alexander. The improvement he made from his Freshman year to Sophomore year was huge and almost across the board with his statistics, and I'm expecting a bigger jump this year as well

I think Mac's going to have a lot of fun figuring out how to torment opposing teams with two ballhandlers like Alexander and Ashworth around Kalk and the other shooters on the floor

I'm really excited to watch Trey play this season, he's one of those guys who could completely bust through the ceiling and be a first team All-American. He has a type of game that you just don't see a ton in college with that mid-range shot. If he can improve on getting to the rim (and the FT line) like Jacob mentioned in the article the sky is the limit for him.

He seems like an amazingly well rounded guy and he's quietly become one of my favorite players to ever wear a Creighton uniform.

Leading the Big East in points and assists. Also tied with Clingan at 10th in rebounds (7.3).

I will be honest. I was pretty disappointed with Trey in the first half, offensively and defensively. Please correct me.

He's pressing. They double teamed him almost every time he got a screen or handoff. Teams are gonna take him completely out of the game if they can... at the expense of stopping others. Problem for them is that we have too many other scorers. So, hopefully they'll see the light and stop focusing on him so much.... for his sake. I kinda feel bad for him.

For me, it was that he was missing shots in the paint that he has normally hit in the past. I can't deny he is expelling more energy to get that shot but once he was getting there, he was missing pretty much all of them.
