They make one of those 3s and Jays cover. That's why I never bet CBKB. Turrible from 3, turrible from the stripe and still won big. But they kept turnovers to a minimum.

Great for Green and Neal to step up, Kalk and Ash did their thing, nice win, go Jays!!!

Question for all the crybabies who blamed the St John’s loss on the refs:
So doesn’t all your putting all the responsibility for a loss in the hands of the REFS in a LOSS away from home whistles, doesn’t that mean you are not giving credit to our PLAYERS in a WIN?

Just saying…

And Kudos to Mac and the coaching staff. They have a system, Mac has been more successful than any coach in our history so if we get frustrated with it we better just deal with it and enjoy the Ws!
At Creighton Bob Gibson majored in sociology and starred in Basketball and Baseball. In 1957 Gibson received a $3,000 sign-on bonus with St. Louis Cardinals, but delayed his HOF Cards career a year to play pro B-ball with the Harlem Globetrotters.

Nobody put all of the St. John’s loss on the refs, but they were certainly a factor. Another factor today was a visiting friend of mine who worked the refs ruthlessly until they made the right call on that flagrant. They weren’t even going to review until he got in their grill. And it was an obvious call. The team cop came over and my friend came close to getting tossed. After the refs reviewed it, they gave him thumbs up and smiles. Refs affect games, and fans affect refs. Dana told me once that with what they get paid, yell away.
So long Valley, hello big time.

Here's my gamer, focusing on Creighton shutting off Micah Peavy's water after the hot start, the playmaking of Jamiya Neal and Steven Ashworth and Jasen Green emerging as a legitimate scoring threat.

Green and Neal stood out today but Kalk gets my standout player of the game. His dunks and blocks on Peavy were my deciding factor.
