I’m too lazy to look it up, but if someone can point me in the right direction I’ll put my name in the portal. I’ll be the first 63 year old just itching for a chance to chuck up some threes (which didn’t exist during my youth).

If you’re wondering, no I did not play college hoops.

This is part of the assessment by The Atlantic about the ramifications of the official sign-off by the judge in the House v NCAA revenue sharing case. I have wondered about the answer to this as well: "On a more micro level, how different approaches and philosophies play out will be revealing. Will the Big East have an advantage in basketball without needing to fund football? Will differences in distribution allotments between schools be reflected on the field and court?"

Good article:

The Power Four (football schools) will take over regulation of compensation issues. This will be interesting.

Does the BE distribute money evenly or do you get more $$$ for every game you play in the tournament?

The ACC has a really good baseball conference, but lately they need bball upgrades. Do they need the BE and if we're not in the governing conferences, do we need them?
We will also need our own BE network for cable, Sirius/XM channel,& other streaming platforms. You need to create a brand, like the overrated B10 has

How long before we see the players union? Especially if they have to announce NIL deals.

Why would we need the ACC? They only have 3-4 schools which are of interest to us: ND, Duke, S’Cuse, & maybe Pitt. The rest? No.

If we need 16 to 18, add 3 of St Bonnie’s, Holy Cross, SLU, & Carlton (Canada).

We already own our digital network-Big East Digital Network (BEDN). Conference needs to dbl/triple down on its scope, breath, & spread. Our digital network should be 100% online streaming with Apple or one of the major streaming platforms. It is a mistake allowing Fox to have inputs/control, as our BEDN streaming should be a separate contract.
