An idea. Maybe trust the coaches a bit more.

The fact that you were critical when Ben wasn’t Top 150 and now accepting and happy when he jumps to 126 when nothing really changed about him says a lot about the rankings and the credibility you deserve on your opinions.

If the coaching staff identifies a player they love and he happens to not be in anyone’s Top 150, do you want that arbitrary ranking to stop the recruitment? I hope not.

Isn't trust earned? Coach Miller and Courtney-Wms just arrived a few months ago (4 months to the day.) Just a bit early for Blind Acceptance/Total Trust, isn't it? I do appreciate the advice though. Thanks

Oh, you mean the guys that landed us Kaluma and Alexander and pushed our recruiting class into the top 5? Those assistant coaches? Yeah, I’d say I trust them.

It’s okay to admit you were wrong. You don’t have to be a stubborn ass old man just for the sake of your own pride.

Nice to see you interacting on the board ZMagic. Is it X-Mas? Is it payday? Did u win the Lotto?

Our guys Miller and Courtney-Wms are hopefully amongst the best young coaches and recruiters. Creighton
deserves no less. It is my hope that both asst coaches have long & successful tenures here on the Hilltop.
However, both Art and Trey were rebound recruits after decommiting from other schools.

Had TJ remained at UNLV - no Arthur.

Had Bruce Pearl & Auburn been credible, Trey would be at AU. "In The Oklahoman later, Alexander explained
his reason for deciding not to come to Auburn was because the Tigers and coaching staff didn’t hold to their word
and broke promises."

Wishing much success to our Jays, both recruiting-wise and on the court. However, it is much too soon to be blaring trumpets
and proclaiming victory in our hiring successes.
