Creighton rumored to be the leader, but the Illini are still in the mix.

I don't but it does look like he was at Illinois for an on campus visit today which doesn't seem ideal if he's getting ready to commit.

Im pretty sure Kalkbrenner visited Purdue right before he pledged to the Jays so hopefully it ends up like that.

“ So the recruitment of four-star point guard TyTy Washington of Compass Prep in the Phoenix area has gotten much more interesting than ever expected. When the sharp-shooting 6-foot-4 floor general first burst onto the scene a few years ago, the thought was he would never get far from home. Lately, though, that has changed. For a minute, Auburn seemed like the most likely destination, then it was Creighton. Both of them still figure to be in the mix but Illinois is all of the sudden emerging as a very real possibility. Washington is currently checking out the Illinois campus with his family right now and as his recruitment winds down that has to be a pretty strong sign for Brad Underwood and his staff.”

Hey guys, long time lurker, first time poster. I have a Rivals account and on the CBB recruiting board, someone asked about TyTy. Russ Wood, one of their recruiting reporters, stated that it's down to CU, Illinois, and Washington State. Apparently Arizona State is no longer pursuing him. I'd love to get this guy and am optimistic.

Talked with TyTy Washington and he said that Minnesota, Auburn, Illinois, Creighton, ASU, among several other schools are still talking and involved with him. The goal was to make a college announcement at some point this month, in addition, his recruitment seems to remain open as others might want to pursuit after three consecutive 27+ point performances.
