Great get here. Provides us with a talented stop gap after TSA, Mitch, et all graduate.

O'Connell was a Top-75 SG out of high school and really shot well his Freshman year with Duke, but his playing time and shooting percentages suffered by his Junior year.

Hopefully, Mac can work his magic on him and get the shooting swagger back.

Think this is a really good get. Never really had the chance to show what he can do at Duke, understandably so.

Woah. I certainly wasn't expecting to see this today. Like the pickup here. His skillset obviously fits well and we can incorporate him better in our offense than Duke did, for sure.
It's also good to get an older guy in our locker room to help fill the leadership void after next season.

Great pick up. Has to sit a year which is fine (he gets that much closer to whatever graduate degree he wants!) and we get to acclimate him to our team and get him ready to take on a big role the following year. Definite Win-Win
