That’s what I’m thinking too. Why would we offer Trey if Rocket was possibly going to pick us/we really want him. Unless they want both?

Could be that someone is still maybe leaving too? I’d think we still want one more pure big to back up Kalk, but maybe they think Kaluma will be enough and they’ll just take both if possible.

Does Hawkins get Covid waiver since he was a senior last season and returning for extra season? Correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t think they count against scholarship

My understanding is a COVID scholarship waiver only applies to players who stay at the same school, but someone correct me if that’s not correct.
