Teddy Allen from Boys Town now has offers from Iowa State, Virginia Tech and DePaul. Not sure of any interest on our part, though that might be because our 2017 class is already loaded at wing.

Big bodied 6'5 combo forward who can shoot. Unless someone leaves I just dont think we have the room

Would be cool to see him go to DePaul and stay in Big East.

Apparently Creighton has offered his brother, Timmy. 2018 6'6" G/F. Averaged 16.7 pts and 6.7 rebounds as a freshman playing on varsity last year.

He was a sophomore last year. Creighton offered last October, a week after Nebraska did. Arizona State is his other power conference offer at this point. ESPN has him as a 4-star prospect.

West Virginia joins the list for Teddy. Cincy, Virginia Tech, DePaul, Iowa State, UNO and a couple of others.

Might be the most impressive bunch of offers since Akoy.

There's no maybe about it.

Iowa State, West Virginia, Cincinnati, Virginia Tech, DePaul, Middle Tennessee State, South Dakota State, George Mason, Omaha and Arkansas-Little Rock.

Tre'Shawn Thurman and Khyri Thomas saw only mid-major interest before Tazz opted for prep school and scored the Creighton offer. Justin Patton might have gotten there but Creighton locked him up before he blew up. Nobody else offered Aguek Arop after he committed to Nebraska either. The second best player in Justin's class, Malik Hluchoweckyj, went to Bowling Green and didn't get any offers higher than that. Triston Simpson didn't get anything higher than Summit League in this last class, and the rest of the 2017 kids have still only received mid-major offers other than Arop.

In review, Khyri Thomas, Justin Patton and Aguek Arop are the only other local players since Akoy with major conference offers and all three committed before they managed to get any more offers for the most part. Ed Chang is off to a nice start with Creighton, Nebraska and St. John's.
