Creighton watched him down in Kansas City this summer, as did I. He is the most absurd basketball player I've ever seen. He's 6'10" with a ridiculous wingspan and can dribble and shoot like a guard.

Fun fact: Thik Bol, Khyri Thomas' teammate at Benson who is now at Iowa Western and has several offers including UNO, is apparently his cousin of some kind.

that youtube is pretty funny

he's gotta have an 8 foot wingspan

and a dire need for about 20 cheeseburgers a day for the next 8 years.

all arms and legs - if he can add any weight and strength - he's kind of intriguing

i loved watching manute shoot threes - i'm sure that drove his coaches crazy, though

Bol has lived in my neighborhood here in KC for most of his life and has gone to school with my family members. The kid has a very bad reputation in the area has had to transfer schools numerous times due to academic issues. Obviously he has potential and a lot of raw talent, however from what I have seen in person, he has a lot of growing up to do and I am not sure we are a great fit, IMO.

Transferred out west to LA powerhouse high school Mater Dei. Look for his recruitment to blow up. Still a top ten target for the Jays.

One of the craziest basketball games I ever watched, and I don't know why I was watching it at the time, is when 7'6" Manute Bol went all Ethan Wragge and hit six three-pointers in one half. His form was breathtaking. The reactions of the other players is hilarious. His misses were terrible.

I hope Bol Bol never takes ten 3-pointers in a half, no matter where he goes to college.
