To clear up any confusion, that tweet about UNLV was not serious. He doesn't have an offer from UNLV. I'd expect him to land at Wyoming or another mid-tier Mountain West team.

Not surprising as its a hometown school. Somewhat surprising considering the amount of vitriol he got from their fanbase when he didn't choose them the first time.

Their fans have a lot of, um, pent-up frustration. (Read: two NCAA tourament appearances, three bowl games in the past 22 years)

According to Nyatawa's recruiting article Thompson is a 5 for 4 grayshirt at Wyoming.
