KETV had a little thing on Patton last night. Soft spoken, shy but has a nice looking shot from the perimeter. Also, he blocks shots.

I believe this is the video:

The ceiling is very high on Justin. Hope he keeps working hard, develops his game, and enjoys his senior year.

Justin's OSA AAU team took the Mullens Tournament title down in St. Louis this weekend. They knocked off KC Run GMC (a name Creighton recruiting fans are probably familiar with) in the title game.

Per my boss Mike Sautter, Mac was down there watching him, and Justin was really active and made an impact.

Any more updates on how he has been playing this summer? Or any more detail from the St Louis tournie a couple of weeks ago? It just seems odd that most of us, locally, knew little of him. I'm just interested to see if there has been any more info on him.

Crusaders are doing well. 17's did well in so DAK and the 16's won the event in so DAK.
Both are at the fab 48 in Las Vegas now.
17's won 1st game, lost a close 2nd game, and are playing this afternoon.

Go to the Nebraskahshoops.com site or twitter page for updates on all the Nebraska AAU clubs.

Thanks for the S/O for Nebraska HS Hoops gtmo. Mike is in Vegas and has been tweeting about their games.

They won in OT today and with it they won their pool in the tournament's top division. Bracket play starts tomorrow. Justin hasn't necessarily put up huge stat lines (that team is really well-balanced and plays together) but he's made an impact for sure, playing hard and throwing down a couple big dunks.

thanks for the updates. Sounds like they are playing very well and making some waves out in the tournaments. The upside for Patton appears to be huge, and it's nice to see player who are able and willing to make an impact without being the center of attention and requiring a lot of shots.

Scout story here gushing about Justin. The team rarely passes him the ball so he affects games with tip in's and monster D.

Story primarily on Donovan Mitchell. Has short paragraph on Justin Patton towards bottom.
