Sounds like a decision could come this weekend. This would make me think that he would choose a place he is familiar with aka a place he has been recruited by in the past which should give us a leg up.

If he came for next semester, wouldn't we have to have a 2013 scholarship to cover for that semester? Unless he pays his own way.

We have a scholarship for fall of 2014. None are available for spring of 2014. So he would have to pay his own way outside of merit based scholarships.

But 2014 scholarships don't start until the 2014-2015 academic year....like when Leon and Ronnie would show up.

So if Luke came here now....the question is how would the spring semester be paid for. All current scholarships are spoken for and I don't believe you can drop anyone mid year. The scholarships are one year commitments. Plus I think it is a bad karma to drop a kid midyear.

Yes, he would get a 2014/15 scholarship, but have to pay own way in Spring of 2014.
