I didn't even know he had an offer from Minnesota. If he just picked one up and has decided to cancel his Creighton visit and commit to the Gophs, that's a bit odd.

Or, on the flip side, it could mean that the coaching staff received some good news from one of our other targets and informed Wright of the situation.

Nothing from Bluejay Report/Vinny on it, either, at least not on Twitter or his website. Was this a national Scout report, Billybluejay?

I saw it on the Creighton page on verbal commits. It said he had dropped us fr consideration per scout. I followed the link and it showed us as no interest.

It definitely shows it as "no interest" on Scout now. So he went from taking an official visit to totally dropping us from consideration in about 24 hours. I'm guessing our coaches know something that we don't yet.

strange that it doesn't show up on twitter anywhere. Usually those recruiting guys tease out stuff to drive traffic to their sites.

Any of you Minnesotans have a membership to the Minnesota Rivals site? They look to have a couple of different threads on their pay board about Wright and their moderator was tweeting last night that he has "big news" about Wright....
