Keep updated on possible future Bluejays.

Holy crud, you’re right!
That changes the equation to a degree but a big seems to still be a priority and Jays in on a few. Wing for sure now.

Josh Dix, a 6'4" shooting guard at Abraham Lincoln in Council Bluffs, is a guy to keep an eye on. He played for OSA this past summer. He has offers from South Dakota State, Drake, Colorado State, Northern Iowa and UMKC right now. Creighton hasn't offered but is following him closely.
Josh put up 32 points on Tuesday against Millard North. On Friday, he flirted with a triple-double and had a nasty dunk against Bellevue West. He's a good athlete with a really solid feel for the game and he shoots the ball pretty well too.

Donovan Short
Stretch 4 or 5, working on his game to become a point-forward
6'10"
Current 2-star prospect, but expected to rise
Lots of other big school interest (Marquette, USC, Virginia Tech, Butler, Iowa State, among others)
Creighton mentioned in article above. FWIW, probably not much, Donovan retweeted when Seth Trimble got an offer from Coach Mac.
This concludes my online investigation of Donovan Short.

From Jake Weingarten at Stockrisers in a tweet today:
“Hailing from Richardson, Texas is four-star prospect DJ Jefferson. The 6-foot-4 guard announced his intention to transfer to St. Paul (Minn.) Minnesota Preparatory Academy to complete his illustrious high school career.
The reason I used the word illustrious for a high school junior? Jefferson is an excellent athlete who prides himself on involving his teammates and making them unnoticeable IQ plays on the floor.
He's also a film junkie, clearly. Watching him this season, last week to be exact, Jefferson has such terrific vision on both ends, and his ability to read defenses has bolstered his scoring ability.
Recently, he told Stockrisers.com that Arizona, Memphis, Iowa State, and Creighton have remained amongst the heavily involved programs in his recruitment. He is a recruit that has stood out this season.”

When did we get coach Rancher? Is the one rustling up players? Do we have a chance with a recruit who does not know the name of the person recruiting him?

I’m going to believe it was an autocorrect issue.

2022 Recruiting, my take. I'm shocked that I haven't made many comments on the 2022 Class.
Looks like several of you have been keeping a keen eye on things though. According to the WBR Matrix
we have 26 offers out there and according to you we have 3 possible spots depending on whether or not
we have any early exits. Some say 4 if AOC goes. Anywho, lets settle for 3.
2022 Top Recruits - 247 (0 Pgs)
PG None
SG 49 Rylan Griffen-Richardson, TX, 71 Shaedon Sharpe-AZ, 156 Jaden Schutt-IL, NR Josh Dix-Co.Bluffs, IA
SF 28 Gradey Dick-Wichita, 74 Alex Karaban-NH, 78 Aiden Shaw-KCMO area, 196 DJ Jefferson-Richardson, TX, others
PF 53 Isaac Traudt-NB, 61 Kyle Filipowski-MA, 96 Tarris Reed-StLouis, 191 Taj Manning-KCMO area, NR ND Okafor (NBA Acad. Mexico)
C 50 Dylan Anderson-AZ, 182 Cade Hornecker-TX, 236 Patrick Wessler-Charlotte, NC
CG 18 Cason Wallace-Richardson, TX, 130 Mark Armstrong-Jersey City, NJ, 238 Chandler Jackson-Memphis
If we have 3 spots, my picks are: 53- I. Traudt, 96- T. Reed, NR- ND Okafor.
If Traudt goes blueblood, then Reed, 78- Aiden Shaw, Okafor. (Reed can play PF/C, Shaw 2/3, Okafor 3/4.)
If we have 4 spots, then throw in a guard.

Hopefully we don’t sign 3 stretch 4s and zero guards.

DJ Jefferson is a player I could see us landing as a combo guard.
