I believe it did officially pass already on the extra year of eligibility.

Nembhard, Rati, TyTy, Shereef, Christofilis.

Backcourt is stacked. Rati was rated higher in his class than TyTy was in his. We will have AOC as well. Serious talent. Obviously we can find room for Sallis.

Lock in Miller. Get Traudt for 2022 - he would compliment our current roster perfectly.

Things are exciting.

This scenario keeps playing out in my head too, though not confident on Sallis, but it’s an exciting next few years to be a Bluejay fan

Who else is on the radar after Miller and Sallis?

In the Top 6 for 4* SG Blake Wesley, but he is probably headed toward ND.

Top 10 for a 3* PG Khalil Brantly announced this month.

That said I assume we are done with any guards not named Sallis for this class.

I know we were after 3* SF Nate Santos for a while, but haven't seen anything new in a while. Maybe we push harder if Miller goes to Bloomington? Just speculation.

I think we land Miller and basically shut down 2021 save Hunter Sallis. If any unexpected openings arise I would think Mac hits the transfer market.

I think this is dead on. I just don't think we are in on Santos anymore.

I think we get Miller and then go all in on Sallis or bust.

Exactly this...if you get Miller, you continue to work Sallis. If you don't get Sallis, you wait until spring for a transfer or another top 50 player.

Great to be a jay right now.

After signing both Miller and Sallis, the 2021 team will have 7 freshmen scholarship players counting the 2 redshirts this season. Normally having 7 freshmen isn't a good thing but in this case, I'm sure everyone will be very happy.

Assuming / hoping Miller is in, this is exactly why I think the only guy left on our board right now is Sallis.

Get Sallis, and this is a balanced, really talented recruiting class to add to what will be a nice core of veteran leadership of (and this is assuming the guys that are seniors now will leave as well as Marcus):

Shareef Mitchell
Alex O'Connell
Antwann Jones
Christian Bishop
Jacob Epperson

and this years Freshmen that will get some valuable experience and be ready for 21 / 22 primetime:

Ryan Kalkbrenner
Rati Andronikashvili (rehab and practice work)
Modestas Kancleris (rehab and practice work)

If you don't get Sallis, I think you look for a ready to play transfer wing that accentuates the above.

Either way, there are plenty of minutes available for this year's recruiting class to show what they can do.

But what's even better is we have our first game in 8 days!

Go Jays
