I find it very interesting how we have become sort of THE transfer destination. I'm not sure if it's a bad thing or a good thing. It's just interesting.

I like the players we have gotten through transfers. So it's been successful.

Kreklow, Foster, Huff, Watson, Joseph all within two years. Any others?

Murphy gettin' it done. He's been one helluva addition to the coaching staff.

After reading some comments from the Syracuse fan base sounds like he is a good kid and teammate even after being benched and put in a difficult situation by the coaches. KJ has tons of potential and should develop more with a redshirt/transfer year learning under Mo. Can't wait to see him on the floor in 2017/18.

I think it comes in waves. We have had the opportunity to bring in transfers over the past couple years because of smaller recruiting classes and players transferring from our program who didn't fit. 2017 is shaping up to be a good recruiting year (hopefully more to come) so that might limit things going forward.

At the rate players are transferring, it seems like there will always be options if a scholarship becomes available.

One other interesting thing on Joseph: CU recruited him out of high school and offered before he picked Syracuse in 2013. I didn't make that connection initially and there's no thread in the BJU archives on him, but here's some old tweets I found accidentally while looking for Creighton fans' thoughts on him on Twitter:

Looks like yet another case of Coach Mac being diplomatic when a kid commits elsewhere, and having it pay dividends down the road when he decided to transfer (see: Marcus Foster, et al).

So would have Sellers been recruiting him back then?
