I thought we sold him on what we did with Ty-Shon. So pretty much a combo guard.

He played a lot of PG in HS, it looks like, but watching his film makes him look like a combo guard or 2-guard in our system. Like Rolljays says, much like Alexander where he can score, handle, and pass. We don't want any offensive black holes on the floor and I love guys like Washington who move the ball around

Yeah, he's killin' it his senior year, he will definitely be moving up the rankings!

Ty Ty opens his senior season for Cesar Chavez on the road at Corona del Sol, December 3rd

He's been playing the grind aau tournament and averaging 24 ppg against good aau teams and 4/5 star players.

He no longer attends Cesar Chavez from what I understand. He is now enrolled at Compass Prep.

On radio interview last night, when he was asked what position he is going to play, his response was...

Mac doesn't have a position for me, he just wants me to come off of ball screens, catch and shoot, take it to the rim, create my own shot when I need to, rebound and play D.

Doesn't sound like any PG time here...

So basically the next Marcus Foster/Ty-Shon. Pretty easy sell for us.

We need multiple guys that can create for others and get their own shots. He’ll fit in nicely.
