I don’t know if this guy is BE level but he was at Kansas once. I know someone who knows his game well. Do we need another point guard? Two spots remain open.

Edit: I’m not sure he has eligibility left. This BS of out of eligibility players entering the portal is, well, BS. Even if they’re granted another year most rosters are full or nearly so. What next, schools suing themselves to abolish the 15 player limit?

I don’t vet ‘em, I just post ‘em.

Jays had reached out after also recruiting him out of high school.

According to an espn article this morning, the judge in the House case won't approve the settlement unless the NCAA removes roster limits:

I read it as not getting rid of the limits, but a more phased in approach needed vs going to the strict limit in year 1

With all the crazy shit the current administration is doing, why don’t they do something about NIL? With all the money that goes into funding NIL, you’d think it would be cheaper for these rich guys to just bribe enough politicians to pass an anti trust exemption for the NCAA and restore amateurism.

Correct -- she isn't saying that they have to remove roster limits from the settlement plan, but, rather, that she wants to see them not jump immediately into the proposed roster limits in the first year and, instead, phase them in or otherwise grandfather in existing students. There have been objections to the roster limits being proposed, in part on the basis of those limits meaning that some current students will be immediately out of roster spots because of the limits.

Amateurism isn’t coming back.
