man - these quick transfers kind of blow me away
do people not understand what the recruiting process is for (on both sides?)
and of course that said - mulder at UK has played a total of 27 min on the season and scored two points....

Some of this is the kids getting stars in their eyes when recruited by a certain school or coach. Some of it is probably the school and coach lying like anything to get the kid on campus. In general, it's probably hard to know whether or not something is a good fit until you are there and see what's going on and how things work. Especially for HS kids, they really don't know the first thing about how hard D1 ball is, I think.
Anyway, at least Barefield can transfer. Mulder's stuck there unless he wants to go JUCO or to a lower division.

Doubt mulder can go juco if he already has his associate degree
He's the poster child for dumb decision

I feel for him. Mulder would have been a stud here. Just a number there.

That's crazy about Mulder. Had two points in their very first game and then literally has not put the ball in the bucket since then. Not even a free throw.

It was the right decision guys... Kentucky is going to make a deep run in the tourney and he's going to have great courtside seats.
[This thread has gotten totally sidetracked, btw]
