I know she was injured and missed some significant time, but it's incredible to have players like Kendra, Ava, and Kiana getting big time honor and recognition and realizing that we also have Norah Freaking Sis on the roster.

I was hoping someone would post something like this so thank you Jacob! Fairbanks may seem a bit like an outlier here so I'll point out that her assists/sets were hurt by team running a 6-2 for part of the year although that probably helped Pitt's overall team hitting percentage.

Saw that too. But, she lost her starting position after her concussion, and we have a lot of players at her position. Reinhardt is back, so she will likely be the starter.

Does anyone know of volleyball players in the transfer portal that Creighton is pursuing?

I've been wondering how active they'd be this year. While KBB bringing in a grad transfer seems to be the norm lately, my roster math (going entirely from memory) is the Jays lost four (so far - two graduates, two transfers) and signed a class of four. I'm not going to pretend to know how scholarship math works on the volleyball side, but from a raw numbers perspective they're currently flat.

I'd love to see them get stronger in the back row - serve receive seemed to be a marked weakness especially in the Louisville match. I think I'm colder on Breissinger than a lot of folks, but maybe KBB is expecting the kind of sophomore leap that Sky and Ava experienced this year. If that happens things will likely be fine with the roster as is.
