We scored. Sac bunt after a double. Then sac fly by Nolan. Nolan is up to .403. 1 to 0 Jays. Top of the 2nd.

Saw online 1st game is 7 innings. I'm still not a fan of the sacrifice bunt after a leadoff double- especially early. Is this the last year of that?

Interesting that it’s 7. Need a few more runs here then. And who knows what Kingston will do. I didn’t follow him too closely while he was at South Carolina, but Ed sure does love that sac bunt. I’ve never loves it either, but it did work well today in the bottom of the first.

To Ed’s credit, he has used a hit and run a few times today too. The sac bunt just really gets me when he uses one of our top hitters to do it in the late innings when outs are especially precious.
