I am almost certain this is the last year of Ed’s contract.

It’s clear a leadership change is needed. Do we cut bait now or do we let him ride off into the sunset?

Personally, I’m the former. Thoughts?

should’ve fired him last year

Do it now. To maybe save the season. Though it's a long shot.

How do you think firing him now saves the season?

A change of leadership can rejuvenate a team. Different voice. Wake up call. Still time to go on a run.

There is no time to go on a run. It’s over.

Realhoops you seem like you’re the most informed poster on here. Whats your take on Ed? And what’s the fanbase at large feeling?

It technically is not over. If we win out we'd have a chance at prasco though not likely. We'd also finish 10 and 10 in conference and be 9 and 5 against quad 1. So still would have a decent resume. From what I see on Creighton Twitter, most fans want Ed gone.

On my drive to a meeting, surprisingly Sharp and Handley talked for 20 minutes this morning on 1620 about Jays baseball. About how disappointing this season is considering the talent. Both were of the opinion that a change in leadership is needed. The right buttons are being pushed midweek but not on the weekends, they said.

Is there a coach on the staff right now that is a better option than Ed? Is anyone on that staff a long-term option? Trying to wrap my head around what would happen if he were to be let go now, versus in 2-3 weeks when the regular season is over. If there's not a better coach on staff, I feel like you ride it out.
